Biography
Viviane Tremblay’s specific areas of focus include issues related to hiring, termination of employment, labour standards, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms and interpreting and applying employment contracts and collective agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Viviane practised civil litigation and dispute resolution at an international law firm based in Montreal. She further practised labour and employment law at a provincial law firm before joining the firm.
During her studies, Viviane clerked for a judge at the New-Brunswick Court of Appeal.
