Anita Edwards is a financial services lawyer based in London. She focuses on financial services and markets regulation and is responsible for non-contentious financial services knowledge within the London office.

Anita has advised a range of clients, including financial institutions and corporates, in relation to compliance with FCA and PRA requirements as well as the implementation of financial services legislation such as MiFID II, EMIR and the AIFMD.    

Before joining the firm in 2023, Anita was a professional support lawyer at a legal professional solutions firm and, prior to that, she worked for several years in the financial services team of another international law firm. She has also been on secondments to the asset management and wealth management arms of a global bank.
