Julianne Hsu is a banking and finance lawyer based in Sydney.  She works with a wide range of local and international banks, financial institutions and government clients.

Julianne's experience includes acting for lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, including property finance, asset finance, receivables finance, and general corporate finance.

Julianne also has regulatory policy and advisory experience, having previously worked for ASIC, and advises on financial services law and current policy reforms within the Australian licensing and regulatory landscape.
