Biography
Emily Greig is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Dubai. She focuses on commercial fraud and international enforcement.
Emily is experienced in both obtaining and responding to freezing injunctions and advising on enforcement and asset recovery strategies. Emily further advises on a broad range of matters including general commercial disputes, banking disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious trust disputes, insolvency matters and regulatory investigations. She has experience litigating in the DIFC as well as in the onshore courts in Dubai and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Emily worked for a number of years in London and has significant English High Court litigation experience.
