Dr. Oliver Beyer is a real estate partner based in Munich.

His practice focuses on domestic as well as complex, cross-border M&A and finance transactions with a particular focus on real estate investments and private equity.

He advises on transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation of the entire transaction documents as well as financing structures. In addition, he also covers corporate law issues related to M&A and finance transactions. His clients include international investment and real estate companies as well as private equity investors,asset managers, investment funds, institutional investors and family offices. Oliver advises across all major real estate asset classes, including office, residential, retail, hospitality and logistics.

Prior to joining the firm, Oliver was a partner at another international law firm where he was leading the German real estate practice.
