Biography

Patrick Glaude practises employment and labour law.

He regularly counsels employers on both collective and individual work relations, and has acquired in-depth knowledge on issues relating to labour standards, discipline and performance management, harassment, dismissals, human rights and interpreting collective agreements. He also frequently advises on non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, drafting employment policies and procedures, and on employee transfers in the context of mergers and acquisitions or business restructurings.

Patrick represents national and international organizations, in particular in the energy, transportation, retail, financial institution and employment agency sectors. Patrick also acts as a strategic counsel on work relations issues for various school boards.

He represents employers before the Administrative Labour Tribunal, grievance arbitrators, the Human Rights Tribunal and common law courts.
