Biography

Oz Douglas practises in the areas of commercial litigation,  arbitration, and dispute resolution. She has assisted clients in the energy, financial, construction, and telecommunications industries on a wide variety of matters.

The disputes on which Oz has acted have covered a broad range of subject matters, including aboriginal (government side), contractual, professional negligence, oil and gas, and construction cost overrun claims. She has been involved in mediation, and international arbitration (ICAA), as well as Alberta Provincial Court and Alberta Court of Queen's Bench claims.

She also has an interest in complex e-discovery matters and regularly assists with tactical e-discovery issues.
