Biography
Mark Tricker is an antitrust and competition lawyer based in London.
Mark has more than 20 years' experience advising a number of leading corporates on all aspects of competition law, including major M&A and investigations as well as day-to-day competition law compliance advice and training.
Prior to relocating to London, Mark spent time in Brussels as our head of office.

- PayPal – on the US$2.2bn acquisition of iZettle, obtaining a phase II clearance without remedies from the UK Competition and Markets Authority
- Carlsberg – on the formation of a joint venture brewing business with Marston's and, separately, the formation of a joint venture with Heineken, both of which required filings with the European Commission and referrals back to the UK Competition and Markets Authority
- NYSE-listed Ritchie Bros. – on its acquisition of Euro Auctions which required a multijurisdictional review and a filing with the UK Competition and Markets Authority
- Reckitt Benckiser – on the acquisition of K-Y Jelly from Johnson & Johnson, including making filings before a number of authorities around the world and obtaining a phase II clearance from the UK Competition and Markets Authority, using a novel licensing remedy
- G4S plc – on a (subsequently aborted) acquisition for the global facilities management provider, ISS, for £5.2bn, including making filings before the European Commission and various other authorities around the world.
