Biography
Dan Wagerfield is a real estate lawyer based in London and is Co-head of Real Estate in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Dan focuses his practice on real estate transactional work, including investment, development, secured lending and landlord and tenant, acting on behalf of private and public sector clients.
He regularly advises inward investors from Asia and Continental Europe on major property development and investment transactions and has extensive experience in the real estate elements of large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Advising
- On the acquisition, financing and development of Battersea Power Station on behalf of a consortium of Malaysian investors consisting of the Employees Provident Fund of Malaysia (EPF), Sime Darby Berhad and SP Setia Berhad.
- A joint venture between Tristan Capital Partners and Ask Real Estate on the development of a c400,000 sq.ft. office-led scheme at Embankment, Manchester, including the £72m forward funding of the second phase.
- EcoWorld International on a £2bn joint venture with Ballymore to bring forward the development of three Central London residential led schemes: Phase 2 Embassy Gardens; Phase 2 London City Island; and The Wardian, Docklands.
