Stephen Begley is an energy lawyer based in London. He specialises in the financing and development of energy related transactions particularly in the Asia region. 

Stephen became a partner in 2008; he has spent much of his career based in Asia. He represents lenders, sponsors, terminal owners, pipeline operators, suppliers, gas importers and shipowning companies along the energy supply chain.

Stephen is ranked as one of Singapore's Leading Lawyers in IFLR1000's Financial and Corporate 2017. The International Who's Who Legal Energy and Project Finance 2016 recognises Stephen for his "technical and financial expertise" and his work is "always of the highest quality".
