Biography
Anastasia focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures and other general corporate matters in a diverse range of industries. Anastasia has a particular focus in renewable energy and infrastructure transactions, with over a decade of experience representing developers and investors in buying and selling development-stage and operational projects and project portfolios, and in the formation of relating joint ventures. Her clients include private equity funds, strategic investors, multinationals, family offices and privately-held companies. Anastasia also has significant experience with de-SPAC transaction, corporate restructuring and board advisory matters.
