Catalyst - Episode 1: EHDS Regulation

Ever increasing demand for, and reliance on, digital health solutions have led to the creation of large amounts of health data. On May 3, 2022, the EU Commission published its proposal for a European Health Data Space Regulation (EHDS Regulation) with the goal of enabling patients to control access to their health data while also enabling researchers, innovators and policy makers to use that health data to benefit society at large.

In the first episode of our new webinar series ‘Catalyst’, we focused on the scope and requirements of the proposed EHDS Regulation, including the use of and access to health data, its relationship with other European and national regulations, and the likely impact on life sciences companies.
