Questionnaire to check your whistleblowing system
On April 16, 2019, the Parliament of the EU adopted the Directive for the protection of persons reporting on breaches of Union law. It is the first time that a uniform European framework for whistleblowing has been created.
The Directive must be implemented by the Member States by December 17, 2021.
Our “Healthcheck for Whistleblowing” is an effective and quick questionnaire that enables businesses to check if their existing reporting channels and whistleblowing procedures, if any, meet the requirements of the Directive or if they need to be amended.
Your score after completing the questionnaire will provide you with an evaluation of your existing systems and proposals for their further development.
