Norton Rose Fulbright supports establishment of new pro bono association in Luxembourg

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to be supporting the establishment of the Pro Bono Luxembourg Association, co-founded by Luxembourg-based partner Florent Trouiller.

The purpose of this non-profit association is to promote and develop pro bono practice in Luxembourg and reinforce the commitment of members of the Luxembourg Bar to pro bono.

The association also aims to provide a wide range of content and information, as well as organise events and conferences on pro bono for lawyers, social entrepreneurs and the wider community interested in the development of pro bono legal advice. It will cooperate with state institutions, clearing houses and organisations in relation to pro bono activities.

The Chair of the Pro Bono Luxembourg Association, Fabio Trevisan, commented:

“After some months of preparation, exchanges, and discussion among a community of lawyers that I have found particularly dedicated to this cause, I am extremely grateful to have been appointed as Chair. The association will have my total commitment to maximise the impact that our profession can have on our community. I congratulate the entire Board of Directors and the founding members of the Pro Bono Luxembourg Association and wholeheartedly support their efforts to make our contribution even more valuable and significant.”
