Biography
Olivia Fox is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London.
Olivia has experience of both international arbitration and litigation, advising and representing a broad range of clients, including governments and state-owned entities, in complex cross-border disputes. She has experience of working across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on energy disputes.
Olivia has particularly strong arbitration experience and has represented clients from a range of jurisdictions in arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules.

- A private jet operator - in relation to a debt claim advanced against an individual in English court proceedings.
- A government - against a mobile-telecoms provider in an arbitration under the UNCITRAL rules.
