Hélène St-Louis is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Ottawa. She is developing a practice that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, project finance and general corporate and commercial matters.

Hélène joined the Ottawa office as a summer student in 2022 and as an articling student in 2023.
