  • Thailand’s leading oil and gas company and its affiliated company - in the acquisition of an air filter manufacturing company incorporated in South Korea and their investment in a 50-50 joint venture with the target company to be incorporated.
  • An investment arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest commercial banks in Thailand - in its potential investment in a Singapore-registered holding company, with operations of an insurtech startup with licenses to underwrite and broker insurance policies in Thailand and Indonesia.
  • An Indian multinational technology services company - in connection with its potential investment in a Thai company providing services related to the development of enterprise software and digital content in Thailand, with the proposed transaction value of approximately USD 71 million.
  • One of Thailand’s largest corporations and a Thai listed company - in the proposed leadership in a series A investment in a Singapore-registered holding company, operating a food technology business.
  • Thailand’s leading oil and gas operator - preparation of the legal feasibility report covering certain issues on the People’s Republic of China law perspective with respect to the conversion of its existing Shanghai representative office and the establishment of a new business entity in China for the operation of its main activities covering trading and import/export of the crude oil, refined petroleum products, petrochemicals, and other products of PTT Group.
  • A subsidiary of Chinese multinational home appliances and consumer electronic in Thailand - concerning damaged and lost products against its warehouse operator, including coordinating with the local litigation firm as a litigation management person on behalf of it.
  • Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited - in respect of creation and perfection of security over assets relating to a hotel in Poland owned by Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited. The transaction involved the team in Bangkok and Warsaw, which highlight the strength of our network.
  • United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited - providing refinancing facilities in the amount of USD Equivalent of THB2,722,813,000 to the 45 MW wind farm power plant project in Thailand operated by Winchai Co., Ltd.; and on providing a THB450,000,000 bridge loan to Nova Empire Public Company Limited for the purposes of acquisition of a wind farm project in Thailand.
  • KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited - on the financing of up to THB 3,400,000,000 term facilities to P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited for repayment of all outstanding principal amount of its existing loans, as evidenced by a promissory note, which have been applied towards acquisition of shares issued by U.C. Marketing Co., Ltd.
  • Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Export-Import Bank of Thailand and Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited - on the financing of development of a 145MW gas-fired power project to be developed by Bangkok Cogeneration Company Limited.
