Biography
Ann Henderson practices in the areas of litigation, insurance, cybersecurity and data privacy.
Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including corporate, professional liability, indigenous law and insurance defence disputes.
She maintains an active insurance coverage practice, assisting insurers with complex coverage issues and policy interpretation.
Ann is also a member of the cybersecurity and data privacy team, helping clients in various sectors, including health, navigate a range of privacy obligations and standards.
She summered with our Calgary office in 2015 and completed her articles with us in 2017.
