Biography
Lynne O’Brien is a people leader who has over 25 years of experience with Norton Rose Fulbright Canada. As the Chief People Officer, Lynne is responsible for leading our People and Development Team and advancing our talent management strategy. She oversees all people functions as they relate to the firm’s legal and business services professionals, including recruitment, talent management and development as well our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Lynne is also a litigation lawyer, practising primarily in the areas of commercial and estates litigation.
