Biography
Annemarie is a projects lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. Her practice focuses on property-related contracts, such as lease and construction contracts and agreements for the acquisition and transfer of real estate and land rights. Annemarie has been responsible for the drafting and negotiation of several DBFM(O)-contracts (design, build, finance, maintain, operate) for PPP projects in the Netherlands, both from a financier's and a consortium's perspective, drafted and negotiated several EPC and O&M agreements and advised many large energy companies on property-related matters for the development of various renewable energy projects. Additionally, she is experienced in public procurement law, having advised clients on several tenders of large scale accommodation, motorway and renewable energy projects in the Netherlands.
Annemarie also has extensive experience in commercial contracting. She has advised her clients on a wide range of issues relating to their businesses, including supply agreements, collaboration agreements and sale and purchase agreements. She previously gained relevant experience in our corporate practice, where she advised both Dutch and international companies on relevant (ancillary) documentation and general corporate law.
In 2011, Annemarie obtained a Master's of Law in Private Law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and completed a civil construction law course with merit in 2016.
