Biography
Donald Warnock is a construction and engineering lawyer based in London. He focuses on both contentious and non-contentious matters and advises employers, contractors and funders on construction and engineering aspects of major projects in the UK and overseas.
Donald has wide-ranging experience having advised on the upgrade of the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines of the London Underground network (two years spent as acting General Counsel at Tube Lines).
More recently he has advised on the construction of the new East Heathrow Terminal Building; a mining project in Mozambique and led the team advising on the construction of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) Project in Cadarache France. He is also involved in numerous International Construction arbitrations under LCIA, ICC and ad hoc arbitration provisions.
Donald regularly speaks at conferences on infrastructure projects and has a Masters from Kings College, University of London in Construction Law and Arbitration.
