Biography
Kacie Byrd is a public finance lawyer, specializing in capital market transactions, debt financing, securitizations, economic development and public law issues. Kacie's experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents for a variety of deal structures including, but not limited to taxable and tax-exempt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and securitizations. She frequently assists clients with obtaining ratings, due diligence, agency approvals, compliance issues, special districts, and continuing disclosure obligations.
Additionally, Kacie served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Barbara Lynn in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
