Biography
Kaylee Sill is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Minneapolis office. Her practice focuses on helping creative individuals protect their intellectual property rights. Kaylee primarily advises on trademark and copyright matters and has assisted individuals, small businesses and large corporations with trademark registration and enforcement. She has worked with a number of artists and musicians to help them understand and protect their intellectual property, including negotiating representation and licensing deals against major music industry players.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Kaylee also assisted with legislative affairs for large communications companies, created a suite of deal documents for a stock buyout and assisted small businesses with a variety of general corporate matters.
