Making Waves: The Future of Shipping

With only 1% of the world trading fleet currently using alternative fuels, the shipping industry has a significant task to decarbonise. While a lot of focus is on new technologies, in this film we, along with colleagues operating in the industry, explain that new ways of financing are required to support the industry's transition and also discuss innovative uses of data and AI to support the decarbonisation cause.

'Making Waves: The Future of Shipping', is an online programme telling the story of the issues and opportunities facing the shipping industry at a time of environmental crisis.

The film is a project of the Chamber of Shipping and was developed in partnership with Content With Purpose (CWP).
