Norton Rose Fulbright 2L Fellowship

The Norton Rose Fulbright Fellowship is awarded to a limited number of second-year law students who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, strong academic performance, and unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that will enrich a collaborative and dynamic law firm environment.

Our 2L Norton Rose Fulbright Fellowship is open to all second-year law students graduating in 2027 and enrolled at an ABA-accredited law school. Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Summer associate salary is calculated using the annualized salary for a first-year associate in the specific market. The full time base annual salary for this position is expected to be US$225,000, or US$4,327 per week for our summer associates in 2026. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in our US offices.
