Valerie Medina is a counsel in the firm's San Antonio real estate practice. She has experience across a broad range of transactional matters including the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of multifamily residential and commercial real estate projects. She also has experience in condominium creation and community governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Valerie served as an escrow officer for a nationally known title insurance underwriter where she gained extensive experience handling complex title related matters. She performs audits of title commitments, title exceptions, surveys and other related documents with respect to the title review process in connection with residential land acquisition development and commercial transactions.
