Biography
Dr Tobias Block is a real estate lawyer based in Hamburg. He provides legal advice to national and international clients in the field of real estate and litigation.
His practice includes single-asset and portfolio transactions as well as contract design and judicial proceedings. He has in-depth experience in tenancy law, residential property law, insolvency law and compulsory enforcement, representing his clients in injunctions in rem, as well as in principal proceedings. Since 2011, he has handled several hundred cases at German Courts, regularly acting in favor of, or against, parties based in foreign countries.
Prior to joining the firm, Tobias was a member of the real estate and the commercial litigation department of another international law firm.
