Biography
Stephanie Teong is a corporate lawyer based in Singapore.
Stephanie's practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie worked in a leading Singapore law firm where she advised on a wide range of notable domestic and cross-border transactions in sectors such as energy, healthcare, technology, transport and infrastructure.

- TotalEnergies - on its acquisition of car-sharing and electronic vehicle charging network provider Bluecharge Pte. Ltd.
- Noble Group - on the disposal of its stakes in Lancaster Exploration and Maginito Limited, which hold interests in the Songwe Hill rare earths project in Malawi and in a rare earth magnet recycler respectively, to AIM- and TSX-V-listed Mkango Resources Ltd. by way of a share exchange.
- BCPG Public Company Limited - on the disposal of its interest in Star Energy Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. for US$440m.
- Virtuous, a leading global game development company - in relation to a US$150m funding round by funds affiliated with Baring Private Equity Asia.
- A renewable energy company - on a transaction relating to the development, construction and operation of an offshore wind farm.
- A state-owned enterprise - on its acquisition of mining assets.
- A Hong Kong-based real estate private equity firm - on its acquisition of a real estate technology company in Singapore.
- A global out-of-home advertising company - on its group-wide reorganization.
- Brenntag, a global chemicals company, on its acquisition of the Aik Moh Group in Singapore and across South East Asia.
- a multinational transportation and logistics group on the acquisition of various group intermediate investment holding entities and ultimately acquiring a downstream warehouse in Indonesia held by the aforementioned group companies allowing the client to expand their footprint and operations within Indonesia.
