Simon Baker is a corporate lawyer based in London. He focues on providing corporate and regulatory advice to clients in the global insurance sector.

Simon's experience includes advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, cross-border mergers, the implications of Brexit, insurance portfolio transfers, restructurings and regulatory and corporate governance matters. He also has extensive experience in advising clients on entering, participating in and exiting the Lloyd's market.
