Biography
Samuel Keen practises in all areas of employment and labour law, including human rights, employment standards, labour relations, grievance arbitration, wrongful dismissal, and health and safety matters. He acts on behalf of employers in a variety of workplace disputes and employment and labour-related legal proceedings. Samuel also provides legal and strategic advice to employers regarding workplace issues and labour relations.
Samuel joined our Toronto office in 2016 as a summer student and articled with us in 2017-2018. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Samuel worked as a policy analyst for Ontario's Ministry of Finance.
