Biography
Robert Paladino is a registered patent attorney who primarily focuses his practice on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution. His patent practice encompasses a wide range of technology in the electrical and mechanical arts, including aerospace systems, propulsion systems, control and guidance systems, medical devices, electrical circuits, semiconductor design and fabrication, and wireless communication.
Robert also has experience in patent infringement and validity analysis, intellectual property litigation, Patent Appeals, inter partes review (IPR), and trademark prosecution. Additionally, Robert has guest lectured at the University of Illinois at Chicago on the subject of Patent Law.
