Rethabile is a senior associate in the insurance litigation team based in Johannesburg. 

She is a dispute resolution and insurance litigation lawyer.  Rethabile's areas of focus in the insurance space include general liability, professional indemnity, public liability, material damage and business interruption claims. She also handles medical malpractice and personal injury claims.  In the medical malpractice space she represents the Eastern Cape Department of Health in various medical negligence claims brought against the Department.  In the insurance space Rethabile acts on behalf of and advises some of the largest insurance companies and insurance brokers, both locally and internationally, in resolving and defending various insurance claims.

Although Rethabile has litigated in a number of the South African High Courts as well as the Namibian High Court, she also enjoys and encourages alternative forms of dispute resolution which are cost effective and efficient.
