Regan Fossen
Biography
Regan Fossen is an associate in our employment and labour group based in Calgary. She has a broad employment and labour practice and assists clients in both unionized and non-unionized environments with issues relating to employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissal, human rights, and workplace investigations. Regan also assists with transactional employment and labour matters, including preparing employment contracts, severance packages, and workplace policies.
In law school, Regan acted as vice chair of the Women's Law Forum and volunteered as a caseworker with Student Legal Services.
Regan joined us as a summer student in both 2020, and 2021, and completed her articles with us in 2023.
