Biography

Ailsa Robertson is a knowledge management lawyer for our Canadian litigation and disputes group. Ailsa works with our Canadian offices to leverage collective know-how and identify legal trends and opportunities across the country. Prior to joining the knowledge team, Ailsa's practice included contract disputes, class actions, insurance coverage disputes and Indigenous matters (government side). Her training for admission to the Alberta Bar included a secondment with a Canadian energy company.

Ailsa emigrated to Canada in 2018 and completed her articles with us in 2020. Prior to joining us, Ailsa was a litigation associate at a leading law firm in London, UK, where she acted on a range of arbitration, litigation and EU regulatory matters, as well as completing secondments with two major insurance brokers.
