Norton Rose Fulbright advises Grafiti
Holding in business combination
with Damon Motors and Direct Listing
on Nasdaq Global Market

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Grafiti Holding Inc. (Grafiti Holding), a UK-based provider of data analytics and statistical visualization solutions for engineers and scientists, in its business combination with VC-backed Damon Motors Inc., a Vancouver, Canada-based maker of high-tech, high performance electric motorcycles, and the Direct Listing of the combined company on the Nasdaq Global Market.

Upon completion of the business combination, Grafiti Holding was renamed Damon Inc. Damon’s common shares commenced trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “DMN” on November 18, 2024.

Norton Rose Fulbright’s US team was led by Kevin Friedmann (Chicago) and included Todd Schroeder (Dallas), Siyuan An (Los Angeles), Amelia Zhang and Juan Velasquez (Houston).

The deal team in Canada was led by Kristopher Miks (Vancouver) and included Barry Segal (Toronto), Andrea Lejay, Dan Steiner, Thomas Moggan, Alain Verrier and Sajan Atwal (Vancouver).
