Tom Leschinski
Biography
Tom Leschinski is a tax lawyer in our Toronto office. He is developing a broad corporate tax practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate financing.
Prior to joining us, Tom completed a clerkship at the Tax Court of Canada.
In law school, Tom completed research concerning cryptocurrency taxation as well as capital gains tax characterization. Tom was the co-chair of the Tax Law Association and an editor at the Western Journal of Legal Studies.
