Biography
Jack Abrehart is a financial services and regulations lawyer based in Dubai.
Jack advises clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, such as domestic and cross-border regulatory and compliance matters relevant to financial institutions including investment firms, payment service providers, virtual asset service providers, trading venues and banks. His experience includes advising financial institutions on various licensing and business conduct requirements, as well as on matters pertaining to market abuse, fintech, anti-money laundering and financial crime.

A money services provider – on an FSRA investigation into alleged contraventions of ADGM and UAE Federal AML regulations.
