Stacy Shields is our legal talent manager for our Vancouver office. Stacy manages the recruitment, supervision and professional development of our summer and articling students. She also manages lateral associate recruitment and associate secondments.

Prior to joining us, Stacy practised corporate law in Vancouver for over seven years, first at a national firm and then at an international firm. Her practice primarily consisted of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
