Valentin is a lawyer in the banking and finance department of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Paris.

Valentin mainly advises banks and financial institutions on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of complex transactions, financing, refinancing or restructuring. He specializes in asset finance (mainly real estate), corporate finance (mainly real estate companies) and project finance. Valentin also acts on behalf of investors, sponsors and family offices.

In particular, Valentin has been asked by various financial institutions acting as arrangers or lenders, advising on the setting up of financing for investment funds, real estate companies, French SIICs, French SCPIs and French OPCIs. These transactions mainly concern the financing or refinancing of assets (office buildings, hotels, logistics platforms, residential buildings, shopping centers) of individual assets or portfolios of assets, and companies or groups of companies (mainly real estate companies).

Valentin has been distinguished by his peers in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers - One's to Watch in Banking and Finance.

Valentin is admitted to the Paris Bar.
