Dr. Riccardo Marinello, LL.M., is a real estate lawyer based in Frankfurt. He has extensive experience in advising national and international investors, corporates as well as project developers in particular with regard to:

• the sale and acquisition of residential, hotel, office, commercial and logistics real estates (asset and share deals);
• project developments;
• cross-border portfolio transactions;
• complex commercial lease agreements;
• sale-and-lease-back transactions;
• infrastructure projects in connection with M&A transactions;
• the asset and property management.

Riccardo works very closely with our (international) experts in particular from the M&A/Private Equity, financing and tax practices.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Riccardo worked for another leading international law firm (2014-2022) and for a major German law firm (2013-2014) in Frankfurt.
