Delphine Simard

Biography

Delphine Simard is a civil and commercial litigation lawyer based in the Québec office. In the course of her practice, she provides legal advice, drafts procedures and represents clients before the courts.

While studying law, Delphine worked as a research assistant for Judge Éric Hardy of the Superior Court of Quebec. She also participated in the 44th edition of the Pierre-Basile-Mignault mooting competition, in which she had the opportunity to argue before the judges of the Superior Court of Quebec and the Court of Quebec.

Delphine completed her studies as one of the 20 graduates with the best graduating average, and made the honour roll of Université de Laval's faculty of law.
