Biography
Martyna is an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in Warsaw.
She focuses on transactions in the energy sector but has also experience in advising on construction law, real estate law and grid connection conditions.
Before joining the firm, Martyna worked at a Polish law firm.
She is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration).

- Advised a consortium of Polish financial institutions comprised of: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, mBank S.A. and Santander Bank Polska S.A. as lenders and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. as a lender, facility agent and security agent on financing construction of 72.6 MW Człuchów wind farm sponsored by Polsat Plus Group located in Ględowo, Brzeźno, Skarszewo and Jęczniki Wielkie, Człuchów Commune, Pomorskie Voivodeship.
- Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on financing construction of 9.6 MW Miłosław wind farm sponsored by ZE PAK. Miłosław wind farm includes 4 wind turbines with capacity 2.4 MW each and has secured offtake of generated electricity by way of long-term power purchase agreement.
- Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in relation to the financing construction of 67,7 MWp portfolio of 36 PV installations, sponsored by a leading Lithuanian investor, Lords.
- Advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on financing construction of 7 MW wind farm sponsored by Budimex.
- Advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on financing construction of 17.5 MW Kazimierz Biskupi wind farm in Poland for ZE PAK.
- Advised Allianz Capital Partners GmbH, London Branch on legal due diligence, acquisition and negotiation of the project documents in relation to the 36 MW Wierzchomino wind farm in Poland under construction being sold by Enertrag AG.
- Advised PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. on due diligence and acquisition of 84 MW wind farm portfolio in Poland.
