Adamo Fucile is an associate practising in the business law group. Adamo's practice focuses on providing strategic, business-oriented and creative advice to both private and public companies on a variety of corporate commercial matters, including local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, private equity and corporate governance matters. 

Prior to joining us, Adamo practised corporate and commercial law at a full-service law firm in Toronto.
