Biography
Hannah is a projects and finance lawyer based in Melbourne.
She acts for a range of public and private sector clients, including energy providers as well as financers and sponsors of energy and infrastructure projects. Hannah brings a holistic understanding of the energy transition, having previously worked in the Environment and Planning team, during which time, Hannah focused on due diligence, planning applications and environmental approvals within the renewable energy and critical mineral sectors. She also has experience within Carbon Markets, assisting global clients and working with the Clean Energy Regulator on carbon capture and storage projects.
Hannah is currently working on a number of renewable energy financing, sales and acquisitions, including preparing due diligence reports, establishment of SPVs and preparation of transaction, project and funding agreements.
