Aiden Hepworth is a tax lawyer based in London.  He advises on a wide range of UK tax matters including corporate M&A, M&A W&I insurance, tax disputes, and real estate transactions.  

Aiden has previously spent time on secondment to our Singapore office and to a leading global investment banking firm.

Aiden trained at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.
