Jean-Philippe Bonneau-Desjardins is an associate and a member of the Montreal office's business law group. His practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law as well as corporate governance. During his law studies, he participated in our secondment program, which gave him the opportunity to intern in the legal department of Québecor.
