Oliver Zachmann is a commercial real estate lawyer. His practice focuses on advising local, national and international clients on a broad range of commercial real property matters, with an emphasis on financings, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing (both on behalf of landlords and tenants), and the real estate aspects relating to M&A transactions.

Oliver joined us as a summer student in 2018 and returned to complete his articles in 2019 and 2020. While articling with us, he completed a secondment with a Canadian energy company, where he gained experience working on a variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Oliver is fluent in German.
