Shivani Patel is a banking and finance lawyer based in London. She has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on cross-border and domestic trade finance, leveraged finance, financial restructuring and general banking matters.

Shivani trained with the firm and qualified in 2020. She has spent two months in our banking and finance team in Athens, where she worked on shipping finance and general banking transactions, and four months in our banking and finance team in Singapore where she worked both on English law and Singapore law banking transactions.
