David Bartlett is a corporate lawyer based in London. He focuses on providing corporate and regulatory advice to global insurance clients.

David's experience includes international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and several insurance portfolio transfers. In addition, David has acted on a number of complex Lloyd's and company market reinsurance and insurance-linked securities transactions.

David also advises on general corporate and regulatory matters for insurance sector clients.

As part of his training, David spent time on secondment to Howden Group where he advised on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
