Biography
Doris Ng is a corporate lawyer based in Hong Kong.
Doris has more than 18 years experience in HK capital markets. She focuses on IPOs, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and regulatory investigations relating to companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Doris had worked in the listing division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during which she was mainly responsible for reviewing and approving listing applications and has gained extensive experience on dealing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and relevant listing issues.

- Country Garden Services (6098.HK): spin-off listing by way of introduction. Represented HSBC and Goldman Sachs.
- China Nonferrous Mining (1258.HK): Main Board IPO and HK$2.4bn global offering. Represented UBS, CICC and JP Morgan.
- BAIC Motor (1958.HK): H-share Main Board IPO and HK$12.1bn global offering. Represented HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, CITIC Securities and UBS.
- Hong Kong Parkview Group, now known as Joy City Property (0207.HK): Listing on the Main Board of HKEx by way of reverse takeover, involving acquisition of HK$14.2bn commercial real estate portfolio and placing of shares with market value of HK$3.9bn. Represented the Company.
- Vale S.A. (6210.HK): secondary listing of its common shares and class A preferred shares in the form of depositary receipts on the Main Board of HKEx by way of introduction. Represented the Company.
Advising on M&A
- China Overseas Land & Investment (0688.HK): US$4.8 billion acquisition of property portfolio in 25 cities in China from CITIC Limited (0267.HK).
- China Foods (0506.HK): HK$5.069 billion disposal of its wine business and other non-beverage business to its controlling shareholder, China Foods (Holdings) Limited.
- China Overseas Grand Oceans Group (0081.HK): RMB3.516 billion acquisition of property portfolio in China from China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (0688.HK).
- Renhe Commercial (1387.HK, now known as China Dili Group): very substantial disposal of property portfolio with an aggregate net asset value of RMB 20 billion.
- Joy City Property Limited (0207.HK, listed property platform of COFCO Corporation):
- HK$14.2 billion acquisition of commercial real estate portfolio from COFCO Land Limited
- HK$12.4 billion acquisition of mixed-use complexes under the flagship brand of "Joy City" from COFCO Corporation;
- HK$2 billion acquisitions of minority interests in companies holding commercial property projects, hotels, holiday resorts and exhibition centres;
